About Us

Yujo is locally owned and operated in Northern Indianapolis, located in Meridian North Plaza near Meridian and Ninety-Sixth Street. The kitchen follows an authentic approach to Japanese food, with ramen made from fresh ingredients and recipes shaped by owner Paul Yu's time at the Tokyo Ramen Academy.

The menu brings together original takes on popular ramen styles, including Tokyo Classic, Yuzu Signature, Black Garlic, Creamy Tonkotsu, Vegetable Sapporo, and Hokkaido Miso. On the tea side, each drink is brewed to order for a strong, fragrant taste, giving guests a fresh companion to the bowl, the snack, or the quick stop in between.
